Main activity:

Carry out and deliver Company training programmes within the specified training procedures and Accredited standards, for example GWO.  

Responsible for the upkeep and records of centre PPE, checks of training facilities, support to sales, support to product sales.

Tasks:

1. Carry out company and Accredited training programmes and provision of training procedures as required.

2. Complete training documentation and records as required

3. Develop and improve training equipment and facilities as appropriate in line with the Lead Trainer

4. Maintain training facilities and training equipment

5. Carry out product inspections, maintenance, and re-certification of products.

6. Liaise with partner companies, specialist suppliers, and organizations as required.

7. Implement effective health and safety including, writing, updating, and following risk assessments, safe systems of work, and company procedures.

8. Act as Fire Marshalls and First Aiders, and implement the company's Health and Safety practices at all times.

9. Provide effective support and communication to customers and other team members especially internal sales administration, sales.

10. Maintain company systems and procedures. Auditing and review of customer feedback.

11. Carry out other duties as requested by the company such as site inspections, onsite training, overseas training, and audits.
